FIELD: industrial and civil engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial and civil engineering, and in particular to the design of a hinged ventilated cladding of buildings and structures, installed both in the construction of new buildings and in the reconstruction of previously operated structures using metal brackets. The technical result is to increase the reliability and rigidity of the clamps on the ribs of the carrier and support brackets, as well as to increase the productivity of work by simplifying and reducing the installation time of the facing panels. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the hinged ventilated facade for buildings and structures contains cladding panels and a frame, including a group of modules, each of which has one bearing bracket and one support bracket fixed on the wall, a vertical guide installed using the bearing and support brackets with the possibility of moving relative to them and fixing, while the bearing and support brackets are L-shaped, the base shelves of the brackets are designed for fixing on the wall, and the ribs have a notch on the outside and holes for a rivet, clamps are installed on the ribs of the brackets, made in the form L-shaped strips, with notches on the inner surface, the vertical guide is made with a T-shaped section, the rib located in the middle of the base is made with notches on both sides, interacting on one side with the notches of the bearing and support brackets, and on the other side with notches on the inner sides of the L-shaped clamps, while the holes for the rivet for connecting the ribs of the bearing and supporting brackets and the ribs of the vertical guides are located along the edge of the end part of the ribs of the bearing and supporting brackets, below which the clamps are cut in the body of the ribs and bent at an angle to the surface of the ribs of the brackets, forming a space for installing the ribs vertical guides, while the ribs of the bearing brackets have two clamps located in the upper part of the rib symmetrically to its longitudinal axis and equidistant from the side edges and the edge of the end part of the ribs, and the ribs of the support brackets have one clamp located in the upper part of the ribs directly on their longitudinal axis, while the fastening of the cladding panels on the vertical rails is carried out with the help of clips fixed on the vertical rails with rivets through the holes on the vertical rails.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and rigidity of the clamps on the ribs of the carrier and support brackets, as well as increase in the productivity of work by simplifying and reducing the installation time of the facing panels.
