FIELD: manufacture of mixed explosives.

SUBSTANCE: for the manufacture of a mixed explosive, the initial components are prepared and mixed, and process additives are introduced. Powdered PETN and process additives in the form of structure-modifying substances of dipentaerythritol hexanitrate and/or tripentaerythritol octanitrate are first mixed in the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: PETN - not less than 96, structure-modifying substances - not more than 4. Then the resulting mixture is processed in a granulator with the addition of water in the ratio of the organic solvent of acetone and water 1:3 with mechanical stirring of the mixture components. Then the treated solution is filtered and stabilized in distilled water at a temperature in the range of 98-101°C within 3-5 hours. Then the mixture is separated from water, dried at a temperature of 70-80°C. The obtained explosive powder is then mixed with polyisobutylene and the mixture is molded into a mold to obtain a mixed explosive.

EFFECT: providing the conditions for the process of manufacturing a mixed explosive, characterized by an increased detonation ability.
