FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of explosive charges and may be used for production of thin-layer charges of ES for various purposes: systems for transmission of detonation, explosion logic devices, etc. Method of producing thin-layer of explosive charges involves recrystallisation of ES powder from group of individual nitrogen-containing organic ES with vapour pressure of no lower than 10-5 Pa at temperature of 80-180 °C, by preliminary dissolution in organic solvent, mainly in acetone, at temperatures within range of 50-55 °C with further cooling to room temperature, evaporating solution, filtration of ES crystals and their drying. Crystallized ES is subjected to distillation (sublimation) in vacuum with subsequent deposition onto substrate, chemically inert with respect to vapors of said ES, using mask, limiting circuit of ES charge.
EFFECT: reduction of critical dimensions of charge detonation and miniaturisation detonation transmission systems, as well as reduced effect of values of dispersion and specific surface area of powdery ES on critical sizes of detonation.
