FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical instrumentation, namely, to gas chromatography, and can be used for testing impurities and dissolved gases in liquids. Apparatus for testing with additional concentration of the headspace composition above the liquid in a container located in a temperature-controlled body with an inlet-sealed channel intended for filling the container with the tested liquid and collecting the vapour phase from the supraliquid space for testing includes a body made in the form of two tightly connected parts positioned one above the other, wherein spherical recesses are made coaxially with the radius of the upper one thereof being smaller than the radius of the lower one, and a monolithic hemisphere with a polished spherical surface, flats along the perimeter, and a conical bottom facing the lower part of the body is placed inside the formed container, wherein a bottom valve is placed with the outlet connected to a vacuum meter, a drain valve, and a valve, to the outlet whereof the vacuum pump is connected; wherein two drainage channels are made in the channel linked with the spherical recess of the upper part of the body, located in the upper and lower parts thereof and linked with the temperature-controlled valve for the intake of the vapour phase into the composition tester, and an electrode of a capacitive liquid level sensor is coaxially placed in the channel, made in in the form of a tube secured tightly on the body via an insulator, wherein the upper end of said tube is linked with the apparatus for dosing the tested liquid via a tube made of an insulating material, and the lower end is equipped with a drop-forming apparatus.
EFFECT: higher degree of extraction of dissolved gases and increased concentrations of impurities contained in the tested liquid in the headspace composition in the supra-liquid space, and addition of the entire headspace volume into the chromatograph without loss and distortion to the quantitative composition of the components.
