SUBSTANCE: mobile wind power plant contains an airship with a cargo compartment. At the same time, direct current wind generators are located in the cargo compartment, at the air inlet to which there are confusers with adjustable diaphragms to accelerate the flow of air entering the wind turbine blades. In the centre of the floor of the cargo compartment there is a circular hatch hole. Along the circumference of the hatch hole, cable winches are located with wireline located on the winch drums, with one end connected to DC wind generators, and with the other ends passed through the hatch hole and connected to the upper annular part of the support bearing, which is rotatable around a vertical axis relative to its lower part. The upper part of the thrust bearing is connected to the upper part of the two closed contact ring busbars, and the lower part of the thrust bearing is connected to the lower part of the two closed ring busbars.
EFFECT: creation of a mobile wind power plant of significant power using wind turbines.
