FIELD: hybrid vertical takeoff and landing flying vehicles using aerostatic and aerodynamic forces. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle is used for transportation of passengers and cargoes through large distances. Flying vehicle is provided with storage for helium. Flying vehicle includes case mounted on longitudinal bent pipes 19 and transverse flattened rings 18 whose cavities are filled with helium, skin 20 located outside helium bags located inside, all-moving wings 46, 47, 48 and 50 with engines and propellers mounted on them and landing gear made in form of longitudinal bent pipes 44 covered with rubber or plastic. Helium storage includes two reservoirs of equal volume located one above other; bottom of upper reservoir is connected with bottom of lower reservoir. Provision is also made for pump, valves and hoses for transfer of helium from bags of flying vehicle to reservoirs and vice versa. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 14 dwg
