SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in thermal power plants. A combined cycle plant of a power plant is proposed, containing a gas turbine plant consisting of a turbocompressor, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine and an electric generator, a waste heat boiler, where the main heat exchange surface is located, a specially allocated gas duct with the following equipment positioned in series along the gas flow direction: a regulating unit, an additional fuel combustion chamber and heat-exchange surface of an intermediate superheater, heat-exchange surface of a network water gas heater, a condensing-type steam turbine consisting of a high-pressure cylinder and a low-pressure cylinder, an electric generator, a condenser, a feed pump, an exhaust gas duct and a chimney, while the combined cycle plant of the power plant is additionally equipped with a flow controller gases connected to the temperature sensor of the water vapour superheated in the heat exchange surface of the intermediate superheater, the regulating unit installed in the gas duct specially separated in the tail part of the waste heat boiler in front of the additional fuel combustion chamber, and the regulating unit installed in the exhaust gas duct of the waste heat boiler in front of the heat exchange surface of the network water gas heater, and a fuel flow regulator of the additional fuel combustion chamber, connected with a temperature sensor of water vapour superheated in the heat exchange surface of the intermediate superheater and a regulating unit installed on the fuel supply pipeline to the additional fuel combustion chamber.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of the combined cycle unit of a power plant.
