SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants. Disclosed is a method of operating a combined cycle plant of a power plant with a parallel operation scheme, according to which atmospheric air is supplied to a turbocompressor of a gas turbine plant, where it is compressed to the required pressure, air compressed in the turbocompressor is divided into primary and secondary, organic fuel and compressed in the turbocompressor primary air is supplied to the combustion chamber of the gas turbine plant, organic fuel combustion process is carried out in combustion chamber with formation of combustion products heated to high temperature, combustion products are mixed with secondary air, formed gases are directed to gas turbine, in the gas turbine, the gases expansion process is carried out and the gas turbine cycle work is performed, which is spent on the turbocompressor and the electric generator drive, exhaust gases in gas turbine and combustion products from gas path of supercharged power boiler are directed to mixing chamber via bypass flue, from mixing chamber total gas flow is supplied to waste heat boiler, where superheated steam of high or supercritical parameters is generated, the flow of superheated in the waste heat boiler together with the flow of steam generated in the power boiler of high or supercritical parameters is directed into the high pressure cylinder of the steam turbine of condensation type, where the process of expanding the total flow of water vapour is carried out, spent in the high-pressure cylinder water vapour is supplied to the intermediate superheater, where water vapour is superheated for the second time to preset temperature and directed successively into medium and low pressure cylinder of steam turbine of condensation type, where the steam expansion process is carried out and the steam-power cycle useful work is performed, spent on the electric generator drive, the steam spent in the steam turbine is supplied to the condenser, in which the water vapour condensation process is carried out due to the circulation water supply to the condenser, the condensate formed in the condenser is directed to the deaerator, from the deaerator, water is supplied to the heating paths of the power boiler and the heat recovery boiler, the gases spent in the power boiler and in the heat recovery boiler are discharged into the atmosphere, at that, performing continuous monitoring and maintaining at a given level in accordance with the operating modes of the gas turbine plant and the supercharged power boiler, the temperature of the steam generated in the waste heat boiler is equal to the temperature of the superheated steam supplied to the steam turbine from the power boiler, by means of a combustion products flow controller connected to a temperature sensor of the steam generated in the waste heat boiler, with temperature sensor of steam superheated in power boiler and control element installed in bypass gas duct before mixing chamber.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of a combined cycle power plant with a parallel operation scheme.
