SUBSTANCE: installation contains the main back-pressure steam turbine, compressor, additional back-pressure steam turbine, combustion chamber, gas turbine, elastic release coupling, electric generator, superheated steam line, first exhaust steam line, second exhaust steam line, additional steam superheated steam line, shut-off valve, waste heat boiler, first stage network preheater, second stage network preheater, superheater, second stage evaporator, fuel afterburner chamber, first stage evaporator, economizer, condensate line, steam line, deaerator, feedwater pipeline with feed pump, gas water heater, direct heat supply network supply pipeline, heat supply network return pipeline.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create an economical steam-gas combined-cycle plant with a steam-driven compressor with good adaptation when operating during heating periods of the year with varying heat load of the heating users.
