SUBSTANCE: composition for personal care contains from 3 to 6 wt.% softener; from 1.5 to 3 wt.% softening wax; an emulsifier, the emulsifier being cetyl phosphate; gelling agent and water; wherein the composition for personal care contains ingredients in the following mass ratios: a) gelling agent/emulsifier: from 1 to 0.5; b) gelling agent/softener: from 1 to 0.02; and c) wax/softener: 0.5 or less.
EFFECT: invention provides excellent moisturizing properties.
