A method of preparing a composition with a liquid crystal structure and a composition intended for use in personal care products obtained in accordance with the method are disclosed. A method of preparing a composition with a liquid crystal structure that contains a negatively charged phospholipid and/or a phospholipid derivative, and a fatty alcohol includes the use of a three-stage rotor-stator homogenizer configuration.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of mixing to obtain an emulsion with a liquid crystal structure.
