SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of underwater technology, namely to underwater/under-ice robotic systems for technical operations, including emergency rescue ones. A multifunctional module for operational transport interconnection of underwater/under-ice and surface objects includes a strong capsule with upper and lower bottoms and a gas cavity isolated from the outboard environment, an entrance hatch is cut out in the upper bottom, an entrance/exit hatch to the airlock is located in the bottom, on the outer side of the lower bottom a coaming platform and hollow catchers are fixed, through which power cables for forced vertical movement of the module are passed using synchronously operated controlled winches: the module is equipped with ballast tanks for its buoyancy control system, a high-pressure air station, an information communication system with the work control center and the landing platform. On the lower bottom, an airlock is located coaxially with the entrance hatch. Power cables interact with control winches located on the module, electric drives interact with control equipment and controllers, which are located inside a strong capsule, the lower ends of the power cables are equipped with fasteners with an underwater object, the upper ends have a margin of length placed in the drums, and the distance between them is determined by the traverse having fixtures fastening to the surface object.

EFFECT: reduced time for performing transport operations and increased functionality of the module.
