FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: robot-sprayer comprises a self-propelled four-wheeled chassis in the form of a rectangular platform with front guides and rear driving wheels driven by electric motors, a power supply system, including battery packs and a solar panel, a control and navigation system, including an on-board computer, a chassis electric drive control unit, a module of an integrated navigation system, a vision system in the form of a laser optical rangefinder, digital optoelectronic, spectral and ultrasonic sensors, an automatic meteorological measuring system, including automatic meteorological sensors, a system for placing, supplying and distributing pesticide working fluids, a system for dispersing a working fluid, including a rod module, a module for treating tree and shrub crowns with insecticides and fungicides, and a module for treating trunk strips with herbicides connected to the rod module. The solar battery panel is made in the form of half of the surface of a revolution ellipsoid. Each of the cantilevered horizontal truss of the rod module is connected to a vertical movable rectangular frame by means of electric rotary mechanisms and is provided with lower suspended horizontal guides. Each rail is equipped with electrically driven horizontal movement mechanisms connected to at least two vertical posts equipped with vertical movement mechanisms and at least one post with a vertical linear actuator. Manifolds with blocks of electro-hydraulic atomizers of the working fluid and air sleeves with air nozzles are connected to the electric drive mechanisms of horizontal movement. Collectors are congruent, arcuate with length of chords of vertical collectors, at least not less than the height of the crowns with a distance between the centres of opposite arcs not less than the diameter of the treated crowns. The collectors are fixed in the centre of their arcs, and the air sleeves are made in the form of a part of a toroidal shell equidistant to the arcs of the collectors. On the rods of the vertical linear actuators, double-sided telescopic horizontal rods with electric drive mechanisms for extending and folding sections are fixed, each of which is equipped with a block of electro-hydraulic sprayers. All blocks of electro-hydraulic sprayers are connected by a communication line with an automatic control unit for the supply, flow and distribution of working fluid flows.
EFFECT: differentiated pesticide treatment of crowns of trees and shrubs and their near-trunk strips depending on the phytosanitary condition of crowns of trees and shrubs and infestation of near-trunk strips with weeds, minimization of losses of pesticides, reduction of environmental pollution by pesticides to maximum permissible concentrations, increase in productivity of the technological process.
