SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger with increased heat transfer includes the first and second sections of the heat exchanger installed inside the casing, the air gap between which is covered by a screen plate and the possibility of convective heat transfer to the external environment with the heat carrier passing through them in parallel through two inlet pipes connected to the supply pipeline, the outlet pipes are combined with inputs of the mechanical motion transducer and the flow pulsator to a common point, and then through the output of the flow pulsator are connected to the return pipeline, while the output of the mechanical motion transducer is gently connected through the piston, rod, thrust bearing with a movable coupling, on which the thrust bearing and the fan impeller are rigidly fixed, the movable coupling is located on the splines of the motor shaft and is limited by a spring located at the end of the motor shaft, the rod passes through a hole in the centre of the screen plate, and the fan impeller is connected to the motor through splines on the shaft of the electric motor and on the movable coupling.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the air heater installation by creating air vibrations passing through the heating elements.
