SUBSTANCE: radio exchange is carried out between the area using several mobile radio transmitting complexes and the area using several mobile radio receiving complexes, whereas on each auxiliary radio transmitting and radio receiving complex, the analysis of the state of the ionosphere is carried out, so that in the course of conducting radio exchange at the output of the unit for analyzing the state of the ionosphere at intervals, the values of the fading spatial correlation interval are formed, and the radio transmitting complexes and radio receiving complexes are moved in such a way that the distance between radio transmitting complexes and between radio receiving complexes is equal to the value of the fading spatial correlation interval.
EFFECT: improving the quality of radio communication in a decameter radio communication system with MIMO technology.
