FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method employs the effect of giant aspect scattering of emitted short waves (SW) and ultra-short waves (USW) on small-scale inhomogeneities of electron concentration. These inhomogeneities are created in the ionosphere by SW radiation of a mobile heating stand.
EFFECT: creating SW and USW communication channels bypassing a zone of high radio signal absorption.
