FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology specifically to determination of SARS-CoV-2 mutation S:P681R by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Set of primers and a probe for detecting S:P681R mutation of SARS-CoV-2 is presented, including the 681RF forward primer, 681RR reverse primer, S681RZ fluorescent probe, which are represented by unique sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-3 respectively. At the same time, to create forward and reverse primers and a fluorescent probe, use fragments of the reference genomes of SARS-CoV-2 wild type, Delta (В.1.617.2), Карра (В.1.617.1), (В.1.617.3). Synthesized oligonucleotides SEQ ID NO NO: 1-3 do not form cross-reactions with other tested samples, a selected site is amplified with 100% specificity allowing to determine presence or absence of a significant target S:P681R in the samples of biological material.
EFFECT: invention can be used to identify SARS-CoV-2 genovariants in epidemiological studies.
