METHOD FOR MONITORING THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER UNITS OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AND A DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01M15/02 F25B1/00

Abstract RU 2795112 C1

FIELD: air conditioning; ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of the technical condition of the compressor and condenser unit of the air conditioning and ventilation system. The control of the technical condition of the screw compressor is carried out by automatic devices that control the temperature of the refrigerant, the thermal state of the drive motor, the power indicator, and there is also a constant monitoring of vibration characteristics. The obtained controlled parameters are compared with the permissible ones and processed in the decision block, which provides a three-level system protection algorithm. The specified protection algorithm provides accurate and reliable control over the technical condition of the condensing unit by determining the most heated element of the drive motor, monitoring the harmonic components of power by phases and comparing 3D results of vibration patterns.

EFFECT: prevention of sudden failures by monitoring the technical condition of the main components of the compressor-condenser unit by installing temperature, current and vibration control sensors.
