SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the use of triacetyl-3-hydroxyphenyladenosine represented by formula (I)
in the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations containing an effective amount of triacetyl-3-hydroxyphenyladenosine to reduce the number of circulating monocytes in a subject with hyperlipidemia. While the effective amount is in the range from 50 to 200 mg/kg of body weight.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to significantly reduce the number of inflammatory mononuclear cells circulating in the blood of a subject with hyperlipidemia.
