FIELD: obtaining modern composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: methods for obtaining modern composite materials for the aerospace, chemical, oil industry, rocket and space technology, energy. Method for producing a thermoplastic prepreg includes applying a thermoplastic polymer binder to a reinforcing fibrous material by method of directional aerosol spraying, preliminary removal of moisture and lubricant, applying a sizing agent to the surface of reinforcing fibrous material, regulating the tension of the fibrous material, depositing the thermoplastic polymer binder in form of a powder on the reinforcing fibrous material using one or more nozzles for directional aerosol spraying, calendering of the reinforcing fibrous material impregnated with the thermoplastic polymer binder at a temperature from the glass transition temperature to the melting point of the polymer, while reinforcing fibrous material is a unidirectional or bidirectional fibrous material made of carbon, or basalt, or aramid fibres, electrically conductive or dielectric, without carrying out metallization operations or applying a conductive powder, and the thermoplastic polymer binder is polyether ether ketone, or polyphenyl sulphide, or polyamide.

EFFECT: obtaining prepregs with high physical and mechanical properties relative to the background with a uniform distribution of fibres in the plane of the tape, as well as in increasing the adhesive strength between the fibre and the polymer.
