FIELD: generators production.
SUBSTANCE: measuring generators of paired arbitrary waveform signals with a programmable delay between them. The device contains two signal forming channels composed of identical assemblies, each of which consists of a serially connected multi-bit adder, a storage register, a permanent memory, a digital-to-analog converter and a low-pass filter, the output of which serves as the output of the corresponding signal. The first channel, thanks to the feedback on the first input of the multi-bit adder through its storage register, which forms the accumulator, is a device for direct digital synthesis of the frequency, the value of which is set by the code on the second input of the multi-bit adder. One input of the multi-bit adder in the second channel is connected to the output of the multi-bit adder of the first channel, and the second input is the input of the delay code between signals.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality by generating a pair of arbitrary waveforms with a programmable delay between them.
