FIELD: auxiliary heating devices.

SUBSTANCE: spray nozzle with an auxiliary heating device, suitable for use in conditions of rapid freezing and containing: gas path connector (1), nozzle body (2), liquid path connector (3), heating ring (4), thermal control module (5), heat-insulating body (6), flange (7) of the cryogenic tank and nozzle head (8). The nozzle body (2) has a rotating body structure, and inside the nozzle body (2), the first eccentric straight-through hole (21), the second eccentric straight-through hole (22) and the central straight-through hole (23) are formed. The first eccentric straight hole (21) and the second eccentric straight hole (22) are located in parallel, and the second eccentric straight hole (22) is in communication with the central straight hole (23), and the central straight hole (23) is located below the second eccentric straight through hole (22). At the same time, the first connecting channel (24) with a cylindrical boss is formed on the upper section of the side wall of the nozzle body (2), and the first connecting channel (24) with a cylindrical boss is connected to the gas path connector (1) , and the passage formed inside the gas path connector (1), communicates with the first eccentric direct-flow hole (21). At the same time, at the upper end of the nozzle body (2), a second connecting channel (25) with a cylindrical boss is formed. Moreover, the second connecting channel (25) with a cylindrical tide is connected to the liquid path connector (3), and the other passage formed inside the liquid path connector (3) communicates with the second eccentric direct-flow hole (22). At the same time, a step (26) with an external thread is provided in the middle of the nozzle body (2). Moreover, the outer thread of the step (26) is connected by means of a threaded connection to the inner thread of the heating ring (4). At the same time, a cylindrical section (27) of the nozzle body (2) is provided below the step (26). Moreover, the outer wall of the cylindrical section (27) is provided with two or three protruding guide sections, and the cylindrical section (27) is inserted into the inner hole of the nozzle head (8). In this case, the thermoregulation module (5) is located on the outer surface of the heating ring (4). The heat-insulating housing (6) is located on the outer surface of the thermoregulation module (5), and on the side wall of the heat-insulating housing (6) there is a wire entry window, through which the wires of the thermal control module (5) are led out. Moreover, the outer thread of the heating ring (4) is connected by means of a threaded connection to the inner thread of the flange (7) of the cryogenic tank.

EFFECT: uniform and highly efficient spraying, improved spraying quality, improved spraying uniformity and centring.
