SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packaging for the preparation of food or drink products, the use of packaging (100), as well as to a method for preparing such a food or drink product. The package (100) contains an insert (10) and a container (20) in which ingredients for a food or drink product are stored. At the same time, water for extraction, and/or brewing, and/or dissolution, and/or reduction of ingredients in the container (20) and preparation of a food or drink product is introduced through the insert (10), through the injection hole (11) and into the receiving chamber (191), and after cooking, the food or drink product is also dispensed through this insert (10). The package (100) during the preparation of a food or drink product is located essentially vertically, while the insert (10) is located on the bottom side of the package (100) in such a way that water enters the volume of the container in an upward direction. The package (100) additionally contains an inlet channel (30) located in the receiving chamber (191) and passing vertically inside the volume of the container (20) in such a way that the water introduced through the insert (10) passes through the channel (30) and enters the internal volume of the container (20) through this channel (30), while the height (H_tube) of the channel (30) in the volume of the container is set so that it passes over the ingredients in the container and allows the water leaving the channel (30) to wet the ingredients from their upper part, while excluding swirls.

EFFECT: creating a tube or pipe around the liquid inlet, which prevents turbulence and the risk of clogging the spout, while the tea leaves themselves form a "natural" filter in the inner outlet of the insert.
