SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a concealed invisible hinge for doors and/or shutters of pieces of furniture with an integral part of the connecting part. In the concealed invisible hinge for doors and/or shutters of furniture items, at least one of the hinge parts, connected together by a hinge means, comprises two separate parts: a corresponding upper part having an inner upper surface of the first part, and a corresponding lower part having an inner lower surface sides of the first hinge piece. The upper and lower parts of the piece are connected together to form a single loop part by the interaction of the first connecting means located on the upper part and the second connecting means located on the lower part of the part, while in the upper part of the part and/or, respectively, in the lower part, when they are separated and considered separately, the inner upper surface and/or the inner lower surface, respectively, are freely accessible from the front from the side where the corresponding upper seat and/or the corresponding lower seat are located, for inserting the respective ends of the levers of the hinge means.
