FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in part with lid-shaped transverse cross-section curvilinear profile making by pressing. During pressing forming metal material sheet is placed between female die and workpiece clamp, as well as between support element and male die and retained by means of said female die and clamp and support element and male die.
EFFECT: eliminating formation of cracks and folds.
