Member 42A, 42B for fastening brake shoe 44A, 44B and eccentric mechanism for fastening connecting link 32A, 32B to brake lever 18A, 18B are located on upper part of connecting link 32A, 32B. Angle and position of brake shoe 44A, 44B relative to brake lever 18A, 18B is adjusted by rotating adjuster 180A, 180B made in form of eccentric.
