FIELD: balancing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to dynamically identify rotor imbalance parameters. As a working movement in the device for balancing the rotor, not rotational, but spherical circulation movement is used. The use of spherical circulation motion instead of rotation leads to a decrease in time for determining the magnitude of the imbalance, to a decrease in energy costs, to the possibility of safe balancing of easily destructible rotors, to simplifying the balancing of non-solid rotors, such as screws, propellers, etc. In a precedent device the measurements of the magnitude and phase of the useful signal from imbalance are carried out in a relative moving frame of reference, and in the proposed balancing device, measurements are carried out in a fixed frame of reference, which favorably affects their accuracy.
EFFECT: increase of the accuracy of determining the imbalance while reducing the complexity of the design of the balancing device.
