FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rotor and balanced body coaxial to it are imparted with angular oscillating motion around their common axis. There is measured projection of occurring angular oscillations relative to a fixed point on rotation axis. There is calculated a value and angular position of unbalance and there is added or removed a correcting weight into an established place in chosen plane of correction. Also, angular oscillating motions of opposite directions are imparted to the rotor and the balanced body around their rotation axis simultaneously at each moment. Alternating moments of forces equal by value, but opposite directed in plane passing through the fixed point on rotation axis and centre of gravity of the balanced body are applied tangentially. The device consists of a bed, of a flexible support mounted on the bed with a low foundation, of a shaft in bearings set vertically with coaxially secured rotor and connected with an upper foundation of the flexible support, of a drive of angular oscillations made in form of an electric machine with a disk anchor and a stator, of sensors of oscillation projection measurement, of signal converter and control units and of a mechanism of unbalance correction. Also, the rotating shaft is made hollow, is mounted on the upper foundation of the flexible support and is connected with the anchor of the drive. The rotating disk stator is set on the upper foundation of the flexible support on bearings so, that its gravity centre is matched with centre of the flexible support and symmetry plane of the disk anchor.
EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of balancing.
