FIELD: the invention refers to balancing technique and may be used for definition of the unbalanced state of rotating bodies.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a stand, an iron ring with an installed shaft fixed with the aid of a spherical supporting and a rotor with possibility of axial turn relatively to the iron ring, a drive with a regulated eccentric connected with the iron ring of the second spherical supporting, a block of measuring unbalanced state including the sensor of the value of unbalanced state consisting of a foundation and an armature installed on the iron ring, a sensor of a supporting signal connected with the regulated eccentric, an amplifier, a transformer of the signal and indicators of the value and angular coordinates of unbalanced state and a shock-absorber. The shaft connected with the rotor is fulfilled in the shape of a hollow cylinder, and the iron ring - in the shape of a shaft installed coaxially inside the hollow cylinder with the aid of two elastic elements located on the edges of the shaft. The elastic elements are fulfilled in the shape of perforated discs of equal thickness, whose external and the inner rims are fixed concentrically along the generatrices of the inner surface of the hollow cylinder and the external surface of the shaft correspondingly, and the spokes connecting the rims of the disc are evenly distributed along the circle and fulfilled in the shape of an alternate section in such a way that minimal thickness of the spokes in the plane of the disc is fulfilled in the fields of connection of the spokes with the rims.
EFFECT: increases accuracy of definition of unbalanced state of the rotors.
