FIELD: vehicle fuel system.
SUBSTANCE: pressure equalization device in the fuel tank contains an air release channel, a fuel discharge channel, an outlet channel, an air duct and a float holder with a float inside it, an overpressure relief valve and a filter. The fuel discharge and air release channels are connected to the outlet channel, and the air release channel is additionally connected to the filter. An air duct is located in the release channel. The air duct is connected to the float holder, in which the float is placed. The discharge channel is separated from the air release channel and the fuel discharge channel by an overpressure relief valve. The fuel filling system includes a pressure equalization device, a filling valve and a fuel tank. The pressure equalization device includes an air release channel, a fuel discharge channel communicated with the outlet channel, and in the release channel there is an air duct connected to the float holder, in which at least one float is placed, and the release channel is separated from the air release channel and the fuel discharge channel with an overpressure relief valve. The fuel filling system can discharge excess fuel and air independently of each other due to the design of the pressure equalization device.
EFFECT: increased safety of refuelling the vehicle, including due to the consistent release of excess contents of the fuel tank, including excess fuel and air, as well as preventing the ingress of liquid fuel into liquid-sensitive elements.
