SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport equipment, particularly, to fuel tanks and fuel sampling devices. Disclosed is an intake device for fuel intake from a fuel tank for fuel cells, comprising a shutoff member for locking a fuel tank opening, fuel pipeline for formation of first fluid connection between fuel intake hole in shutoff element and liquid fuel inside fuel tank, float, which is suitable for floating on liquid fuel inside fuel tank, and flexible pipeline for pressure equalization for formation of the second fluid connection between the gas area inside the fuel tank, in particular, above the liquid fuel, and the pressure equalization hole in the shutoff element, wherein end section of pressure balancing pipeline is connected with float. Novelty is that float is equipped with shock-absorbing device for damping impacts of float on wall of fuel tank.

EFFECT: reduced noise caused by impacts of the float on walls of the fuel tank, as well as possibility of using different types of fuel from one fuel tank.
