SUBSTANCE: bragg resonators. Bragg structure in the form of a segment of a planar waveguide with corrugated side walls, which implements distributed feedback. At the same time, the corrugation, which provides connection and mutual scattering of wave flows propagating in three mutually perpendicular directions, is a combination of a two-dimensional periodic corrugation, on which the waves propagating in two mutually perpendicular directions along the waveguide plates are connected, and two modified one-dimensional periodic corrugations, each of which is implemented along one of two orthogonal directions along the waveguide plates, and each of them connects two counter-propagating waves propagating in these directions and the corresponding quasi-critical waves.

EFFECT: mode selection in three spatial coordinates under conditions of significant transverse super-dimension.
