FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to measuring technology and is intended for automated periodic measurement of the parameters of wet saturated water vapor in a steam pipeline - pressure, temperature and dryness, transported through steam pipelines from a mobile steam generator to steam injection wells. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the device for determining the thermodynamic parameters of saturated water vapor in a steam pipeline contains a steam sampling tube with an adjustable sampling valve installed on it, the upper end of which, located at the level of the axis of the steam pipeline, is perforated in height, and the lower end, made in the form of a corrugated The tube, laid in the form of a coil with an inclination angle of each turn of at least 5 degrees, is located in a tank for steam condensation, at the lower end of which there is a drain valve, and at its upper end there is a measuring vessel with inlet and outlet nozzles. The outlet pipe of the measuring vessel is connected to the compressor and through a breathing tube with a shut-off valve installed on it communicates with the cooling tank, which is hydraulically connected by means of a bypass tube to the measuring vessel and the steam condensation tank. At the same time, an adjustable sampling valve installed on the steam sampling tube is connected to a servo drive, the steam condensation tank and the measuring vessel are equipped with a hydrostatic pressure sensor and a system of water temperature sensors installed along the height of the steam condensation tank, in the measuring vessel and in its inlet and outlet nozzles, and the steam condensation tank and the measuring vessel are placed in a thermostatic jacket. At the same time, the section of the steam sampling tube between the adjustable sampling valve and the point of its entry into the steam condensation tank is made of a material with low thermal conductivity.
EFFECT: ensuring the selection of a representative sample and complete condensation of steam during the sampling process, reducing the pressure and temperature of the sample being taken and maintaining the pressure within atmospheric pressure and the temperature not higher than 85°C during all cycles of measurement, which ensures an increase in the accuracy of determining the parameters of wet steam and safety of operation.
