METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE DEGREE OF DRYNESS AND MASS FLOW RATE OF WET STEAM IN A STEAM PIPELINE FROM A STEAM GENERATOR WITH MONITORING AND COMPENSATION OF DEVIATIONS FROM ISOKINETIC STEAM SAMPLING Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N25/60

Abstract RU 2798687 C1

FIELD: steam generators.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used to determine the degree of dryness and mass flow of wet steam in the steam line from the steam generator. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the mass flow rate of feed water in the steam generator is measured; pressure drop on its receivers in the steam pipeline is measured, with the window of one of them open in a plane parallel to the axis of the controlled flow, and the window of the other pressure receiver open in the direction of the flow, both pressure receivers are installed in close proximity to one another and to the steam sampling window from the side of the flow; in the static state of the measured values in the steam pipeline from the steam generator and in the feed water supply system to the steam generator, a fixed value of the mass flow rate of wet steam from the steam generator is determined based on the mass flow rate of feed water in the steam generator, a fixed value of the conversion function to flow is determined based on the fixed value of the mass flow rate of wet steam, as well as by the magnitude of the pressure drop at its receivers in the steam pipeline, by the density of the vapor phase of wet steam in the steam pipeline and the cross-sectional area of the steam pipeline; followed by determination of the mass flow rate of wet steam in the steam line from the pressure drop at its receivers in the steam line, the density of the vapor phase of wet steam, determined from the static pressure in the steam line, the cross-sectional area of the steam line and a fixed value of the flow rate; then the calculated value of the mass flow rate of isokinetic steam sampling is determined based on the mass flow rate of wet steam in the steam pipeline, as well as the area of the steam sampling window from the steam pipeline and the cross-sectional area of the steam pipeline; deviation of the mass flow rate of the wet steam sample taken from the steam pipeline from the calculated value of the mass flow rate of its isokinetic sampling is monitored; the degree of dryness of wet steam in the steam pipeline is determined using the values of mass flow and the degree of dryness of the sampled wet steam, as well as the calculated value of the mass flow rate of isokinetic steam sampling.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the degree of dryness and the mass flow rate of wet steam in the steam line from the steam generator.
