FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of construction materials, in particular to a granular aggregate for a concrete mixture, a concrete mixture for the manufacture of building products and a concrete building product. The granular aggregate for the concrete mixture is made from a mixture containing a composite binder obtained by joint grinding in a rotary ball mill with forced cooling of Portland cement grade 500, blast-furnace granulated fraction slag less than or equal to 1 mm and flotation waste of the hematite fraction of ferruginous quartzites in a ratio of 70-80:10 -20:10; fine aggregate and magnetized water. As a fine filler, granulated blast-furnace slag with a fraction less than or equal to 1 mm and a flotation waste of the hematite fraction of ferruginous quartzites with a specific surface area of 250 m2/kg are used. The components are used at the following ratios: composite binder: specified slag: specified flotation waste: 5-15:76.5-85.5:8.5-9.5. Magnetized water is introduced until a water-binding ratio of 1.2-1.4 is obtained. The granules are 5-6 mm in diameter and 5-12 mm long. Concrete mixture for the manufacture of building products includes, wt.%: the above granular aggregate 25-35, Portland cement grade 500 25, blast-furnace slag granulated fraction less than or equal to 1 mm 15-25, flotation waste of the hematite fraction of ferruginous quartzites with a specific surface area of 250 m2/kg 5, magnetized water - the rest.

EFFECT: increased compressive strength and frost resistance of concrete building products, utilization of man-made waste.
