FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture has cement, large filler, small filler, hydrophobic addition, filler iron dispersed waste of blast furnace production and water. Filler: dispersed iron waste of blast furnace production contains agglomerated blast furnace slime and, additionally, hematite ore at the ratio (1:3):(3:1) at the following ratio of components, wt. -% cement 18-23; large filler 16-21; small hydrophobic addition 0.3-5.0; small filler 39-44; indicated filler 6-14, and water the rest. Concrete mixture contains blast furnace granulated slime as small and large filler, and crushed stone as large filler. Invention provides compression strength increase of articles by 10-50% resistance to cold degree more than 2-fold, enlarged color range of prepared articles.
