As a physiotherapeutic effect, laser therapy is carried out. At the same time, they affect the zones of location of morphological elements on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity for 3 minutes, the course of exposure is 5 sessions. In parallel with laser therapy with a laser with a wavelength of 624 nm, drug therapy is used with the processing of morphological elements directly on the oral mucosa by applying a dental self-adhesive film "Diplen-Dent HL", consisting of two layers — a hydrophilic one that has the ability to stick to a wet mucous membrane, and hydrophobic layer, which is plastic, is well modeled on the surface of the oral mucosa and isolates the affected area from external mechanical, chemical and bacterial influences.

EFFECT: method, due to the expansion of the arsenal of means of physiotherapeutic effects in dentistry, makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic and preventive measures, to reduce the use of pharmacotherapy.
