FIELD: mechanical processing of crystals.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices and fixtures for preliminary processing of semi-precious and ornamental stones, and can be used in creating fantasy shapes of stones with scaling. The design of the device enables pre-treatment of the girdle, the top and bottom of the stone of fantasy shapes using a flat copier, placed at the opposite end of the holder with the stone being processed and in constant contact with the end of the rocking lever. The profile of the copier is transferred to the stone blank with a scale determined by the position of the support point of the rocking lever and equal to the ratio of its arms.
EFFECT: design is simplified, the number of settings is reduced when changing the shape of the blank.
