FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, and can be used in clinical and experimental medicine, in particular surgery (including microsurgery) and physiotherapy, for combined drug and physiotherapy dosed effects on treated tissues through a combination of controlled aerosol spraying of medicinal liquids (due to changing the air flow rate and the supplied volume of the drug) and one-stage adjustable (due to changing the output ozone concentration over a wide range (for example, from 0 to 6.0 g/h in steps of 0.1 g/h)) ozonation of treated tissues, which increases the sensitivity of pathogens to drugs, improves the penetration of sprayed medicinal liquids into cells and can be used to prevent and treat infectious (in particular, resistant to modern antibacterial drugs and disinfectants) lesions of the skin, mucous membranes, wound surfaces or cavities, as well as to achieve antihypoxic, anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects on treated human tissues (or experimental animals) both in a hospital and in combat and emergency situations.
