At the same time, said protection control device is configured to receive the state of the adjustment process from the winches and has the ability to control one or more winches in order to stop the lifting and/or lowering of the illumination panel, and/or prevent the possibility of its lifting and/or lowering with the help of one or more winches, and/or block powering, and/or turn off the power of one or more winches, and the protection control device is configured to determine the number of winches after connecting the winches to the protection control device, while said one or more control devices are configured to control winches using data on the number of winches.
