SUBSTANCE: device includes a casing that includes the front portion of the casing having a casing inlet cavity formed; a drum that is installed in the casing and has an inlet cavity of the drum positioned on the line of the inlet cavity of the casing; a casing door that is installed in the casing and opens and closes the casing inlet cavity; a drum door, which is installed in the drum and opens and closes the inlet cavity of the drum; a casing door latch that senses whether the casing door is open or closed and also sets a latched state of the casing door; and a drum door latch that sets the latched state of the drum door according to whether the casing door is open or closed.

EFFECT: provision of a washing machine that has an improved design between the drum and the casing so as to prevent transmission of vibration and noise from the drum to the casing.
