FIELD: mobile rotary hydroelectric power plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain electrical energy from the flow of a moving medium. The hydroelectric power station contains at least two floating boules 1 connected by means of a frame base 2. On racks 3 of bases 2 horizontal rods 4 and 5 are fixed with the possibility of rotation in bushings. Rod 4 includes a holder connected to it, including a rotor, a bevel gear with a working shaft of the rotor, an output shaft passing through the holder, made with the possibility of transmitting rotational motion from the rotor to electric generator 13. The holder also includes fasteners for fixing cowling 8 around and across the width of the rotor. Rod 5 interacts with tension mechanism 15 and contains winding pulley 14 with a cable connected to the rotor. The working shaft is connected to a water divider made in form of a cone with sides rounded inwards. At least two support rings with shaped blades are placed around the water divider.
