FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydroelectric station is designed for conversion of energy of river flow. Said hydroelectric station contains base and turbine with blades and diaphragms whose vertical shaft is fitted on base thrust bearing and is connected through reduction gear with electric generator. Hydroelectric station is made in form of tower and is secured on river bottom by anchor arrangement. Vertical shaft of turbines is arranged inside tower. Turbines with diaphragms are installed parallel to each other and are provided with wicket gate mechanism at one side and with cylindrical segments at other side. Diaphragms are made fast by anchor bolts through hollow posts. Hollow posts of hydroelectric station are provided with fairings and are installed in guide elements of diaphragm. Base of hydroelectric station is provided with sharpened vertical rod driven into river bottom and rod with front cutting part and mechanism for manually turning and fastening of hydroelectric station.
