SUBSTANCE: method for producing biofuel from organic material, in which additional ground equipment is used, designed for pre-treatment of feedstock from organic material, which is a plant or animal raw material, waste products of organisms or organic industrial waste, by grinding it and bringing it to a liquid or gaseous state, moreover, additional equipment is used to produce carbon dioxide, designed to convert the specified organic material into biofuel, and to inject the specified organic material and convert it into biofuel, a tubing string with a valve installed in the lower part with the possibility of actuation, casing the column is used with a plug installed at the bottom, designed to prevent the ingress of the converted organic material into the rock formation, and to raise the converted organic material, the annular space between the casing string and the tubing string is used, while to implement the method, the specified treated raw material is pumped through the X-mas tree into the tubing string equipped with the specified valve in the lower part and representing an extractor for converting organic material into biofuel, also using ground equipment on the surface, the process of obtaining carbon dioxide is preliminarily carried out, while flare gas is captured from the flare unit by means of a gas compressor unit, and flare gas in parallel to power generation and cogeneration plants to convert the flow of flare gases into electricity and thermal energy, and the resulting heat and electricity is supplied to the plant based on the Haber process, at the output of which ammonia, carbon dioxide and water are obtained, the resulting carbon dioxide is compressed and heated to critical parameters 31.4°C; 7.8 MPa, carbon dioxide is pumped through the X-mas tree into the tubing string, and under the influence of the formation and rock temperature, as well as the injection pressure, carbon dioxide is brought to a supercritical state, the organic material is mixed in the tubing string with carbon dioxide, and the transformed organic material is formed in the form of an extract for biofuel production, the obtained extract is lifted to the surface through the annulus of the casing string and the tubing string when the said valve is actuated in it, the extract for biofuel production is fed into a separation unit located on the surface, in which the extract from carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: increasing the volumes of biofuel production from organic material when using depleted oil and gas wells by preventing the biofuel extract from entering the rock formation.
