FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of gas condensate deposits and can be used to increase productivity of producing wells, reduction of which occurs as a result of precipitation of hydrocarbon condensate in bottom-hole zone of wells. During the process of its construction, the gas condensate well is equipped with a casing string, the productive formation is opened, a packer is installed in the well before its putting into operation on the tubing string below the roof of the productive formation, stimulating reagent is pumped from day surface to bottomhole zone of productive formation and hydrocarbons are extracted together with stimulating reagent. In this case, the stimulating reagent is pumped through the annular space between the tubing string and the casing string, hydrocarbon production together with the stimulating reagent is carried out through the tubing string, and the packer installation place is determined as a result of optimization of the well flow rate ratio, the corresponding amount of condensate in the bottom-hole zone and the productive formation interval value for pumping the required amount of stimulating reagent. Besides, at operation of gas condensate well with low filtration parameters of productive formation there constructed in the interval between its roof and packer are radial channels.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows operating gas condensate wells with cleaning of their bottom-hole zones from condensate to the required depth, including in collectors with low-permeable collectors, thus maintaining their productivity.
