SUBSTANCE: pneumatic hammer consists of a cylindrical body, a working tool held by a latch relative to the cylindrical body, a handle with a body and an inlet channel, a baffle with an inlet throttle, an outlet channel and an axial hole in which a tube with a longitudinal outlet channel and a radial outlet channel is installed and fixed which is coming out of its lateral surface, an annular outlet chamber with an outlet channel formed by a baffle, a cylindrical body and a handle body, a pre-chamber formed by a handle body and a baffle and communicated through an inlet channel with a compressed air network, a striker with a through axial channel for passing said tube, dividing the cavity of cylindrical body to the working stroke chamber from the baffle side, constantly communicated with the pre-chamber by means of an inlet throttle in the baffle, and the idle chamber from the side of the working tool, periodically communicated by means of radial and longitudinal outlet channels in the tube, the outlet channel in the baffle with access to the annular outlet chamber and through the outlet channel in the body of the handle into the atmospheric chamber formed by the body of the handle and the air baffle ring, a recess in the cylindrical body from the side of the idle chamber. Moreover, opposite flats are made on the tube, parallel to the generatrix of the striker with the possibility of its movement along the entire length of the flat with the formation of drainage channels-flats, and the outlet radial channel of the tube is made on the arc area between the flats without communicating with them, with constant communication between the working and idle chambers between themselves.
EFFECT: increasing the power and frequency of impacts, as well as increasing the strength of the striker and the resource of the hammer as a whole.
