FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of complex magnesian iron flux for blast furnaces. The mixture contains limestone, solid fuel, low-silicon iron-containing material in the form of a mixture of sinter screening, aspiration and blast furnace dust, sludge, iron ore concentrate, as well as vanadium and steel converter slags with a particle size of 0-10 mm, while iron-magnesium concentrate is additionally introduced into the composition of the mixture at the following ratio components, wt.%: limestone - 4.0-21.0; solid fuel - 1.0-7.0; iron magnesia concentrate - 4.0-20.0; low-silicon iron-containing mixture - the rest. As a ferromagnesian concentrate, a concentrate of baked sideroplesite of the Bakalsky deposit with a mass fraction of more than 10 mm and less than 0.1 mm, respectively, 0-15% and 35-45%, was used.
EFFECT: obtaining magnesian iron flux of increased strength while ensuring its optimal composition for the formation of fluid blast furnace slag and improving the technical and economic performance of blast furnaces.
