FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the production of iron ore agglomerate. The charge contains, wt. %: vanadium–containing materials 2.0–20.0, flux 2.0–20.0, solid fuel 0.5-5.0, metal products formed when cutting workpieces on gas cutting machines (GCM), which include Fe, V2O5, MgO, S, Mn, CaO, SiO2, 0-10 mm fractions 0.01-3.0, iron-containing materials the rest. At the same time, as iron-containing materials, the charge contains metal products in the form of agglomerate sieve, metallurgical dusts and slurries, waste slag processing products. As vanadium-containing materials, the charge contains converter slags in the form of single-process slag: vanadium-containing converter slag and/or duplex process slag: steel converter slag and/or mixtures based on them and/or high-titanium concentrate. The charge contains coke as fuel, and limestone as a flux.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the iron content in the agglomerate charge, saving pellets in blast furnace melting, utilization of sludge from gas cutting machines.
