FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: robotic systems for spraying plants. The robotic complex contains a frame on which a motor driving a pump is mounted, connected at the inlet to a container for a working solution, a frame with a horizontal guide and a movable carriage mounted on it, connected to the control unit and driven by a stepper motor, a video camera and housing with atomizer movably connected to the pump outlet. Two movable carriages are installed on the horizontal guide, a housing with a sprayer is installed on each movable carriage, the axes of the sprayers are located in the same vertical plane and directed towards each other at an angle that ensures the direction of the fusion of the upper edge of the spray cone with the formation of an inward flow. The lower edges of the spray cone do not go beyond the outline of the location of the sprayer above the soil, and a video camera with technical vision is installed in front of the frame in the center of movement and determines the projection of the contour of the cultivated plants in the vertical transverse plane and transmits a signal to the control unit, which determines the transfer of the movable carriages, providing full coverage of the contour of the treated plants.
EFFECT: improvement of the quality of plant treatment, reduction of the hectare consumption of the working solution and the negative impact on the environment.
