FIELD: mobile devices
SUBSTANCE: structural elements of these devices as the evaporation chamber. The evaporation chamber includes a body of hermetically connected overlay plates to form a sealed cavity, the inside of which is a negative pressure cooling medium, and a capillary structure. Moreover, the capillary structure is located in a sealed cavity, and the material of the first overlay plate and/or the second overlay plate is a high-strength composite material, the first layer of which is at least one material made of stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy, tungsten, tungsten alloy, chromium and chromium alloy, and the material of the second material layer is copper or copper alloy. The mobile terminal, the evaporation chamber and its manufacturing method, and the electronic device can be provided with light weight, small thickness, and structural strength of the evaporation chamber, so as to avoid safety problems of the display or battery caused by deformation of the evaporation chamber under external force during long-term operation.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the structure of the evaporation chamber and improving the overall structural stability of the mobile terminal without compromising its ability to cool.
